Inner layer of hydrocolloid adhesive absorbs exudate while the outer barrier film protects the wound and peri-wound skin from body fluids, contaminants, bacteria and viruses. Tegaderm Dressing adhesive adheres to skin in the presence of moisture. Features: Ideal for low to moderately draining wounds. This dressing can be worn up to 7 days while still absorbing exudate. Breathable outer film allows for evaporation of exudate. No need for tape or cover dressing. Surrounding skin and wound are protected from bacteria, viruses and other contaminants.
